Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the HotelRMS live demo environment (the “Demo”) available at demo.hotelrms.com and any related interfaces. By submitting a demo-credential request, signing in, or otherwise interacting with the Demo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Demo.

The Demo is a non-production showcase of HotelRMS features running against synthetic, simulated data. All properties, reservations, competitor rates, market events, forecasts, recommendations, group inquiries, and rate-deviation requests visible inside the Demo are computer-generated for demonstration purposes. They do not represent any real hotel, any real revenue, any real guest, or any real booking. They should not be relied upon for any commercial decision.

Any output of the Demo — recommendations, forecasts, explanations, Co-Pilot answers — is for illustrative purposes only.

Access to the Demo is granted at our sole discretion to individuals who submit the demo-credential request form with an accurate name, company name, and corporate email address. We may decline, defer, or revoke access at any time, with or without notice and with or without explanation. Specifically, but not exhaustively:

• Access is intended for prospective customers, investors, partners, journalists, and analysts evaluating HotelRMS.
• Access is NOT intended for competitors, employees of competitors, or anyone gathering competitive intelligence on behalf of a competitor.
• If you are an employee, contractor, or affiliate of a hotel revenue-management software vendor, you must identify your affiliation in your demo-request message. Failure to disclose may result in immediate revocation and a permanent ban.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

When we grant your request, we provision a unique demo user account in your name, tied to your email address, with a randomly generated 16-character password emailed to you. This account:

• Is yours and yours alone. Do not share the credentials with others. If you'd like a colleague to see the Demo, ask them to submit their own request.
• Expires automatically 14 days after grant. After expiry, the account is deactivated.
• Grants access to one of our 16 demo market tenants — the one we approved you for. Other markets are not accessible from your account.
• May be extended on request before expiry. Email us.
• May be revoked at any time, without notice, for any reason, in our sole discretion.

You agree NOT to:

• Share your demo credentials with anyone outside your organization (or with anyone whose affiliation you would not want us to know about).
• Use the Demo in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code, model weights, business logic, training data, or proprietary algorithms from the Demo.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Demo via automated means at a rate inconsistent with normal human use. We monitor for unusual access patterns and will revoke access without warning if we detect them.
• Use the Demo for any benchmarking, competitive analysis, or comparative study without our prior written consent.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any HotelRMS system. If you discover a security vulnerability, report it responsibly via hello@hotelrms.com.
• Attempt to gain access to the operator console, other users' accounts, or other market tenants beyond the one your account was granted.
• Use the Demo to send spam, phishing, malware, or any other harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any company or organization.

HotelRMS, the HotelRMS logo, the software running the Demo, the underlying machine-learning models, the user interface designs, the market-segmentation taxonomy, and the event-compression calibration data are owned by HotelRMS or our licensors. Access to the Demo grants you no license, ownership, or other intellectual-property right beyond the limited right to use the Demo for evaluation purposes during your access window.

Suggestions, ideas, or feedback you send us about the Demo (including via the Co-Pilot interface) may be used freely by HotelRMS without compensation or attribution. We won't publish anything that identifies you personally without your consent.

The Demo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Demo's availability, accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or freedom from defects. Specifically:

• We provide no service-level agreement. The Demo may be unavailable, slow, or behave unexpectedly at any time.
• Numbers shown in the Demo are simulated. Do not rely on them for any commercial purpose.
• We may change the Demo, its features, its data, or these Terms at any time.
• We may take the Demo offline temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotelRMS and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Demo, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or substitute goods or services. Our total cumulative liability to you under these Terms, if any, will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold HotelRMS harmless from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Demo.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Demo at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, No Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Miscellaneous) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone with an active or recently active demo account. Continued use of the Demo after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HotelRMS regarding the Demo.
• If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• You may not assign these Terms to anyone else. We may assign them, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
