HotelRMS is pre-revenue and actively recruiting design-partner hotels. The case studies that will live here have not been written because the first reference customer has not signed yet — and we'd rather show you an honest empty page than invent results.

We are looking for US independent hotels and branded franchisees, 75–250 rooms, running on a supported PMS. Design-partner terms include a free 7-day backtest of your last 12 months of bookings, a co-authored published case study after 90 days of live operation, and a fixed-price commitment for the remainder of the calendar year.

What a HotelRMS case study looks like

Once a design partner is 90 days in, the published case study for that property will include:

  • Net RevPAR lift: measured uplift in net revenue per available room versus the prior 12 months, after OTA commissions and channel distribution costs are subtracted. The metric most hotel owners actually care about — not gross ADR.
  • Recommendation acceptance rate: percentage of HotelRMS-issued rate moves that the property's revenue manager applied. A leading indicator of model trust over time.
  • Time savings: hours per week the revenue team spent on rate decisions before HotelRMS versus after, measured against a self-reported baseline.
  • Group displacement outcomes: when group inquiries were accepted or declined, what the displacement math predicted, and how actuals tracked.
  • A quote from the customer's general manager or director of revenue management, co-authored, no marketing ghost-writing.
  • Methodology note: exactly how every number above was measured, so a competing vendor cannot credibly dismiss the result as cherry-picked.

Design-partner terms

HotelRMS is recruiting three to five design-partner hotels for the first cohort. Concrete terms below; everything is negotiable except item 4.

  1. Free 7-day backtest: upload (or sync via supported PMS) 12 months of bookings; the backtest report shows what HotelRMS would have recommended day-by-day and what the resulting net-revenue impact would have been. No obligation after the backtest concludes.
  2. Fixed-price commitment: if you proceed to live operation, the contract price is fixed for the remainder of the calendar year regardless of published pricing changes.
  3. Quarterly executive review: the founder personally walks through forecast accuracy, recommendation history, and adjustments with you and ownership.
  4. Co-authored case study at 90 days: published here with your name, brand, and operational permission. Non-negotiable — this is the core value exchange of the design-partner program.
  5. Direct line to engineering: early partners file feature requests directly with the person writing the code. Median time-to-merge during the design-partner phase is under 5 business days.
